She completed her undergraduate degree at UC Irvine before earning her M.D. from the Medical University of Lublin in Poland. Dr. Wadhwa went on to complete clinical training in New York City, where she also conducted research published in JAMA 2023 in collaboration with Harvard Massachusetts General Hospital.
